Obituary ....
Mrs. Henry Sailer, 76 years old, 1317 Bloomfield, died Monday night in a hospital here where she had been a patient only one day.
She was born March 8, 1892 at Gordonville. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. John Sebastian. She was married to Mr. Sailer on November 2, 1913, at Gordonville. He survives. They had lived in Cape Girardeau nine years and were members of Christ Lutheran Church at Gordonville.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Sailer is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Bierschwal, Mrs. Dorothy Catlett, Mrs. Grace Coy, Cape Girardeau; a son Calvin Sailer, Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Herman Sebastian, Cape Girardeau, Rudolph Sebastian, Pontiac, Mich., two sisters, Mrs. Lewis Eggimann, Mrs. Theta Nussbaum, Gordonville and six grandchildren.
The body is at the Lorberg Funeral Home, where friends may call after 4 this afternoon.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 at Christ Lutheran Church with the pastor, Rev. Robert Olson, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. |
