Obituary ....
Saturday, shortly after the noon hour, Mrs. Anna W. Bloss passed away at her home near Gordonville after having suffered from pneumonia for several weeks. The funeral was held at Christ Lutheran church today with Rev. V. L. Bruegge officiating, and the body laid to rest in the cemetery nearby.
Mrs. Bloss was born in Perry county on May 23, 1874, maiden name being Kuntze. She was first married to August Leine, who died about eighteen years ago. On December 23, 1909, she married a second time, to John F. W. Bloss, who now survives her, together with two daughters, Mrs. Ernest Stephens of Friedland, and Miss Louise, at home.
There are also two brothers, Gus and William Kuntze, several half-brothers and sisters, and other relatives, a great number of them. |
